Michael Mut, who recently debuted his “I Hate Hating” exhibit, has a new project starting called the “Love Yourself Project.” He writes, “We are collecting artist of all walks of life and other people who are interested in spreading something on the positive note. We believe that one must love themselves in order to love others.
So the Love Yourself Project is about people coming together to promote self love. Our mission is to reach as many people around the world promoting loving yourself unconditionally! We have people already to participate in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa.
Last night was their first gathering. A group met at the gallery and then went to the Union Square and 14th Street subway station, where they handed out “Love Yourself” stickers and held up signs as the trains went by. Michael sent us this photo from the event.
