Barramundi owner Tony Powe is set to open a new speakeasy-style cocktail lounge, 2nd Floor on Clinton, upstairs above Baramundi, this Friday. The intriguing menu includes handmade truffles by Roni Sue, with flavors like absinthe, dark and stormy, or manhattan, along with some new takes on some classic old-school cocktails. It sounds intimate, and quiet, as there are only 36 seats total and standing is not permitted.
