Sunny and 50 degrees today. Tonight the clouds roll in — looks like at least part of Thanksgiving will be rainy in the city. Last night, supporters and opponents of the proposed Chinatown Business Improvement District made their cases before Community Board 3. We’ll have a story on that a little later. Also, CB3 members heard directly from Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver on a variety of issues. We’ll be posting a video report shortly. And we stopped by the LES BID’s grand opening celebration.
