From the in-box, word from State Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver about this weekend’s “electronic waste” recycling event. It’ll be offered both Saturday and Sunday from 10-4, on Essex Street, between Grand and Hester. Residents, small businesses and non-profits are all welcome to drop off electronics they plan to throw away. Silver is co-sponsoring the event with the LES Ecology Center.
