We’ve been following the demolition of the Young Israel building at 225 East Broadway, since early January. As you can see from this morning’s aerial survey, the job is nearly complete. Workers appear to be dismantling what’s left of the second level today. The smoke rising from the work site seems to be emanating from some sort of blow torch.
