Eater: Allen & Delancey Shut Down

According to Eater, Allen & Delancey is shutting down, at least temporarily. The highly rated but troubled restaurant filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last year.  It now appears the state has ordered Allen & Delancey closed altogether.  Someone answering the phone told Eater all reservations have been canceled this weekend. It remains to be seen if they’re done for good – or whether the restaurant can make a comeback. Stay tuned…
