If you haven’t had a chance to check out the newly opened sections of East River Park, tomorrow might be a good opportunity. The Lower East Side Ecology Center is holding a park stewardship day. You can grab a trowel and start getting the planting beds ready for spring and summer. It all happens from 11 to 2, along FDR Drive, near 6th Street.
