H Box, a touring installation of short films, has arrived for screening this weekend at the New Museum. Beginning in 2006, four artists each year were invited to create a single-channel piece in video for this roaming screening hall designed by Paris-based architect/artist Didier Fiuza Faustino. Beginning at the Centre Pompidou (Paris) the work has toured various museums and locations internationally. For the first time, all sixteen H BOX films that have been produced to date will be on view.
Free with museum admission.
