Charlie Huh split from the Ramen Setagaya empire, opening this Ludlow Street spot a few months ago (there’s also an outpost on 1st Avenue). The menu includes six ramen varieties, a selection of cold noodle dishes as well as pork/veggie/chicken buns. For now, it’s BYOB.
