The New York Workers Circle School in Manhattan is hosting an Open House on Sunday, February 2nd, from 10:45 AM to 1:00 PM at the Sixth Street Community Center (638 E. 6th St).
We are a secular, progressive Jewish Sunday school focused on cultural heritage, social justice, and community building. Our program includes Yiddish language, Jewish traditions, activism, a B’nei Mitzve program, family trips, and more. Classes for children ages 7 – 13 are held twice a month on Sundays at the Sixth Street Community Center. For classes for younger children, please contact msolomon@circle.org.
Our dynamic educators bring diverse backgrounds in arts, activism, and Yiddishism, creating a welcoming environment for multifaith, multiracial families. We invite families to enroll for spring or fall 2025. During the Open House, children can participate in classes featuring cooking and live music, while parents connect with the school community and learn more about our program.
