Thanks to our readers who sent along these great photos and videos of the U.S. Navy Blue Angels and the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds flyover earlier today.

Per the press release, the flyover was coordinated to honor “frontline COVID-19 responders and essential workers with formation flights over New York City, Newark, Trenton and Philadelphia on April 28.”

A formation of 6 F-16C/D Fighting Flacon and 6 F-18C/D Hornet aircraft conducted the flyovers as a collaborative salute from the Air Force and Navy.
