Henry Street Settlement co-hosts the second annual Children’s Halloween Costume Parade & Party on the Lower East Side on Sunday, October 20, 2019, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Get ready for some scary fun as Henry Street Settlement holds the second annual Children’s Halloween Costume Parade & Party on the Lower East Side for kids and their families, on Sunday October 20!
All are welcome to march through the streets to the sounds of the NYPD Marching Band!
Co-sponsored by the NYPD and Basketball City, the event will feature a costume contest, games and prizes, photo-ops with hay bales and pumpkins, food, music, dancing, and more. Children’s books will be distributed by Elroy Gay, founder of LES Tha 6 Boro.
