The neighborhood organization, Good Old Lower East Side (GOLES), is coordinating a donation drive to fill a Greenpeace Arctic boat headed for Puerto Rico. It’s only happening today and tomorrow morning. The donations are being routed through another non-profit, UpRose Bk. See the flyer above for specific items needed as Puerto Rico struggles to overcome the devastation of Hurricane Maria. Donations should be brought to GOLES’s office at 169 Avenue B.
