An impromptu art project took over the wall of former corner restaurant Galli on Ludlow and Rivington Streets today. Various street artists took up the neighborhood block association L.E.S. Dwellers’ request to paint some activist art in support of presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders. The New York Primary for both parties is next Tuesday.
