Happening Today: Advocacy organizations and tenants of 173 Henry St. are staging a protest at 10 a.m. outside Federal Court in Lower Manhattan. A lawsuit was filed late last year against the property owner, who has shut down the building’s elevator during renovations. Activists say the move has stranded a terminally ill low-income tenant on the 7th floor.
