This 7-story building at 215 East Broadway, just west of Clinton St., was sold earlier in the month for $5,385,000. The property is now undergoing a major face lift.
You may have noticed the banner stretched across the front of the building from Camelot Realty Group. Between a ground floor retail space and an office in the back of the building, brokers are pushing a total of 3500 sq. ft. According to listings, the whole space would cost you $18,000/month (or about $62 per sq. ft.)
The new owner is listed as “215 East Broadway NY LLC.” Sales documents were signed by Michael Edelman of Penn South Capital, a real estate investment firm.
