Coming up on Monday, representatives of the Mayor’s Office of Recovery and Resiliency will meet with local residents about flood protection funds below Montgomery Street. As you might be aware, a $335 million plan to create a flood barrier along the East River ends above Montgomery. The meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the Lands End 1 Community Room, 257 Clinton St.
