Insomnia Cookies, a growing Manhattan and Philadelphia company, has added a Lower East Side location. Its 10th NYC store opened today at 164 Orchard St. They’re open from 11 a.m.-3 a.m, offering delivery of warm cookies throughout the neighborhood. The “late night bakery concept” was started in a dorm room in Philadelphia in 2003. All this week, Insomnia Cookies is offering a free cookie at its Lower East Side location.
