The Lower East Side Employment Network is holding a job training fair next Monday, November 24, from 6-8 p.m. It is taking place at the Rutgers Houses community center, 200 Madison St. Some of the occupations covered include: building maintenance, construction, healthcare, retail and hospitality. You’ll notice that one of the entities providing support for the event is Delancey Street Associates, the consortium building Essex Crossing on the former Seward Park urban renewal site.
