The founder of City Realty is pitching an East River Skyway (gondola) proposal. One phase, costing up to $150 million, would “run from the Brooklyn Navy Yard to Williamsburg then across the river to the Lower East Side.” (AMNY).

The Center for New York City Affairs, Historic Districts Council and the Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation are hosting a panel about affordable housing and historic preservation tonight. Guests include: Borough President Gale Brewer, Council member Rosie Mendez and Rent Guidelines Board member Harvey Epstein. It’s sold out but you can watch the event online (Livestream).
