It has been about a year-and-a-half since Raphael Sadonte Ward, a 16-year old resident of the Baruch Houses, was shot and killed by another teen on Columbia Street. Coming up this weekend, the foundation set up by family murders after his murder, is sponsoring a memorial baseball tournament. “Home Runs, Not Guns” is an event that will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in Chelsea Park.
