If you’re a fan of craft beer and bourbon and haven’t yet had a chance to sample the wares at Fool’s Gold at 145 E. Houston St., tonight’s your chance. After two months in soft-open mode, the team behind The Jeffrey and Alewife will officially christen its new space by tapping 11 casks of Cigar City brews, two new beers from Barrier Brewing, and a variety of whiskey and bourbon options, including Makers 46 on draft. Bourbon-brined beef jerky, truffle popcorn and Sigmund’s Pretzels are also on the party menu. The festivities launch at 5 p.m.
