Each Thursday this July, the Abrons Arts Center and the Friends of Gulick Park are showing free movies as part of an “Urban Drive-In” program. Each film begins at 8 p.m. and the location alternates between the Abrons Arts amphitheater (466 Grand St.) and the handball courts in Luther Gulick Park (intersection of Delancey and Willett streets). Hint: It’s technially more like “walk-in” movies; bring a chair or a blanket to sit on.
