The email discussed what amounted to a perfectly legal sidestepping of campaign-donation limits: funneling money through a series of limited-liability companies.

“poor door” – this is NOT what 80-20 housing was supposed to achieve. just the opposite, it was supposed to get us away from ghettoizing low-income residents. I feel bad for whoever came up with this horrible idea. greedy and sad.
