As we mentioned last month, Strange Loop Gallery at 27 Orchard St. is closing after two years. They’ll bow out at the end of the month. Meanwhile, listings have popped up for the small space, located in a tenement on the block above Canal Street.
Miron Properties is asking $4995/month for the 400 square foot storefront. Here’s part of the StreetEasy blurb:
