Improv Everywhere last made its presence felt on the Lower East Side in November, re-enacting the famous “When harry Met sally” fake orgasm scene at Katz’s Deli. They’re back in the neighborhood Sunday afternoon for the 13th annual “No Pants Subway Ride.”  There are seven meeting places across the city, including one at East Houston Street in Sara D. Roosevelt Park.  The event (and thousands of pairs of pants) goes down at 3 p.m.  Don’t say you weren’t warned! Click here for more details.
