Our Associate Editor, Jennifer Strom, is currently fostering a friendly and adorable Chihuahua.
Nilla is a 1-year-old, 6-pound Chihuahua who is looking for her forever home. She’s a tiny canine with a giant personality seeking human companions who will appreciate her affectionate, interactive nature and commit to her for the long term. Her skill set includes: lap-sitting, bed-snuggling, toy tug-of-war and ball-fetching. She is house-trained, crate-trained, good on a leash, spayed and up to date on vaccinations. She would do fine as an only dog or with canine siblings.
Nilla is available through the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society; the adoption fee is $85.
