Next week, Jason Wang of Xi’an Famous Foods and Lou DiPalo of DiPalo Selects will be participating in a conversation about food culture and family businesses at the Museum of Chinese in America (MOCA).
The December 5th event will be moderated by Erika Lesser, former executive director of Slow Food USA. Following the discussion, there will be a sampling of foods from both businesses. The free program will launch MOCAEATS, the museum’s new series, and is being conducted as part of the second annual Marco Polo History Colloquium.
