We have heard from a couple Lower East Side synagogues, who are welcoming people in the community to their Yom Kippur services this weekend.

Services at the Stanton Street Shul, beginning with Eruv Yom Kippur tomorrow evening, are free. You can see more information on their web site.
On Saturday at 11:30, the Bialystoker Synagogue is offering a free “beginner’s service.” No knowledge of Hebrew required. It will also include a Yizkor service. If you’re interested in attending, please RSVP by calling 212-475-0165 or by sending an email to info@bialystoker.org.
