U.S. Rep. Nydia Velazquez, along with City Council member Margaret Chin, are hosting a small business seminar tomorrow regarding the Affordable Care Act. Business owners will learn what the new health care law means for their employees and what federal resources are available to smooth the transition. There will be presentations from representatives of the Department of Health and Human Services and the Small Business Administration.
