The team behind ODD, the new boutique at 164 Ludlow Street, is putting the finishing touches on their storefront ahead of next week’s grand opening party. ODD calls itself a “multi-brand fashion retailer and styling house… with a driving passion for the bold, elegant and thought-provokingly individual.” The company was created in 2011, operating a web-based store. The Lower East Side outpost is its first permanent brick-and-mortar location.
The boutique is throwing a party Tuesday night at Above Allen in the Thompson LES Hotel ahead of its official opening on Wednesday. 164 was most recently the (short-lived) home of Castle & Pierpont, a high-end event design and production business.  For more information about ODD, check out the boutique’s blog.
