Even Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer got caught up in the madness yesterday afternoon at J&R Music, declaring it “Justin Bieber Day.” Last night, Lower East Side hot spot Sons of Essex hosted the album release and party the pop star’s new album, “Believe.” Just the other day, rapper Drake was spotted at the restaurant.
