It’s Friday, June 15th, and not only is that street collapse still un repaired, it seems to not only have gotten larger, but there seems to be a gas leak too. If a bicyclist or motorcycle were to drive through that street collapse (it’s not cordoned off), they stand a good chance of getting killed. I wonder if this condition existed on East 79th street or West 70th, if it would be allowed to exist unprepared for this long? Or is it the fact this in front of the Vladeck projects that the city has decided that it doesn’t need attention?
