Assemblymember Kavanagh, will host the third annual 74th Assembly District Healthy Living Fair on Sunday, May 20, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. This year’s event will bring more than 15 health service providers to the community to offer free screenings for blood pressure, cholesterol, bone density, glaucoma, and glucose, as well as mammograms. Information will also be provided on dental care, diabetes, Elderly Pharmaceutical Insurance Coverage (EPIC), fitness, nutrition, and more. The health fair, which is free and open to the public, will take place at Health Professions & Human Services High School, located at 345 East 15th Street (between 1st and 2nd Avenues).
