anchorerpark — This anchor was recently installed on a new platform on the East River Promenade near the 10th Street overpass; it was moved from the southern end of the promenade near Corlear's Hook Park.

We’ll see a little more sun today than yesterday, with highs around 50 and plenty of breezes. The weekend is looking beautiful and seasonably cool.
