
Saturday, Oct. 22 from noon until 3 p.m., spectators will gather in Tompkins Square Park to watch dogs on parade. All proceeds from the 21st annual Halloween Dog Parade will go to the NYC Department of Parks and Recreation for the upkeep of the Tompkins Square dog run, which is the city’s largest. The parade will be held inside the dog run;Â enter the park on 9th Street, between Avenue A and B.
