Right now we’re listening to testimony at the City Council’s second Chinatown BID hearing. The Council’s Finance Committee held an initial hearing earlier this year, but after a significant number of objection forms were received, an additional meeting was scheduled. More than 100 people are scheduled to testify. We’ll have more coverage later.
