Lots of sunshine today with a high of 88. Last night, Community Board 3 voted to support the creation of two new historic districts in the East Village. We’ll have details. Also, they signed off on a proposal (which generated a bit of controversy on The Lo-Down) to create a “no standing” zone in front of a school on Grand Street.
