Downtown City Councilwoman Margaret Chin is inviting constituents to join her at the City of Water Day Festival at Governors Island this coming Saturday. Members of Chin’s staff will meet residents in front of the Manhattan Battery Maritime Building (next to the Staten Island Ferry Terminal). A free ferry will depart at 10 a.m. for Yankee Pier, where Chin will meet up with the group. As part of Manhattan Family Day, there will be all kinds of fun activities.
