Another soggy day in store. Rain showers continue, with blustery conditions at times and a high of 64. Tonight, a Community Board 3 task force meets for the first time to begin drafting new rules for liquor licenses. Today, we’ll meet another Hester Street Fair vendor, Vashali Maria of Casa Helecho (who makes beautiful terrariums).
