Tonight, Community Board 3’s land use committee continues to talk about urban design aspects of the Seward Park redevelopment plan. Tomorrow, the Rent Guidelines Board holds a preliminary vote. Wednesday, community activists meet one more time before Parks Dept. officials get to work designing a new and improved Luther Gulick Park. And the Festival of Ideas kicks off this weekend.
