It’s back to school in New York City today — and back to business for community groups that had gone on hiatus over spring break and the holidays. This afternoon, Community Board 3 and city agencies hold an open house; it’s an opportunity for residents to have look at 3D models of the Seward Park redevelopment site and to offer feedback.
