Historian and Co-Chair of the Bowery Alliance of Neighbors, David Mulkins, will return to Tenement Talks tonight with his popular presentation, “The Bowery: Past, Present and Future.” Mulkins has collected an amazing series of historical images of this iconic and turbulent street.
