• Neighborhood shutterbug samolicious got a look inside Souvlaki GR, opening a week from today at 116 Stanton Street. The award winning food truck operators say there will be room for 40 people inside – and they’re hoping to add sidewalk seating.

• Prosperity Dumplings appears to be expanding beyond Eldridge Street. Bowery Boogie notices new signage at 69 Clinton.

• Iron Chef’s youngest competitor: Emma Hearst of Sorella.

• EV Grieve notes signs of progress at Veselka on the Bowery. Fork in the Road learns its debut is scheduled for late spring/early summer.

• Barrio Chino’s expanded hours: now open for lunch on Mondays, starting at 11:30am.
