Cloudy skies with a high of 32 degrees today. Then tonight, the snow returns. We could get up to 10 inches into Wednesday. Today we’ll have an update on those emergency repairs on Clinton Street (they’re supposed to be patching up the pavement today). Also, a preview of an exciting event coming up on Sunday at the Abrons Arts Center – a special performance by Amar Ramasar, principal dancer with the New York City ballet who’s no stranger to the Lower East Side.
