Partly cloudy skies today with a high of 35 and windy once again. Gusts blowing up to 20mph. There are a few interesting items on Community Board 3’s January agenda. We’ll look at some of the bars and restaurants hoping to obtain liquor licenses. Also, we’ll have our best photos of 2010.
