Looks like the snow is pretty much over, although forecasters say there will be some flurries through midday. But if you’re determined to venture outside, gusty winds up to 30mph will make it seem like the blizzard is still going strong. A high of 27 degrees – but right now it feels like 7 degrees, when you factor in the wind. As you, no doubt, know the trains, airports, etc are a big mess.
