Partly cloudy today with a high of 37 and winds gusting up to 20mph. Last night, Community Board 3 approved the proposed Chinatown Business Improvement District. Having won the support of all three downtown boards, supporters are optimistic city agencies and the City Council will follow suit. We’ll have a full report later today.
