Looks like we’re going to see our first snow flakes of the season today. The high will be around 35 but, with winds gusting to 40mph, it’ll feel a lot colder — and flurries are expected. It’s a busy week in the neighborhood. Tonight, Community Board 3’s SLA Committee meets to review liquor license applications. The Chinatown Working Group gathers to vote on several action plans (covering education, immigrant affairs and parks). Plus, later in the week, backers of the Chinatown Business Improvement District make their pitch to Community Boards 2 and 3. You can see details of these events and other LES happenings on our Community Calendar.
