
It was a chilly but festive Halloween 2010 on the Lower East Side. Only 38 degrees right now, on the way to a high of 51 and sunny skies. On our radar today: the Chinatown Working Group meets tonight, for the first time under the leadership of new interim co-chairs. It’s the final day of campaigning before the polls open tomorrow. We’ll have a look at what downtown activists are doing to get out the vote. And of course, we’ll have photos from the weekend’s holiday festivities.
